The NPS Redirect & Webhook Feedback Block allows you to collect user feedback using a simple Net Promoter Score (NPS) flow and route users differently based on their response.
This block is designed to help you:
- Encourage happy users to leave public reviews
- Collect private feedback from less satisfied users
- Send structured feedback data to your own systems via webhook
What This Block Does
The block presents a two-step NPS form:
- Visitors select a score from 0 to 10
- Based on the score:
- High scores are redirected to a review page
- Low scores are asked for additional feedback, which is sent to a webhook
No AI is used. All logic is deterministic and configurable.

This block is ideal when you want to:
